Wrongful Death Case in a Motorcycle Accident

A 23 year old man was wrongfully killed while riding on his motorcycle on a city street.
The victim, Brian Heikkila, was killed when the driver of a Ford Mustang failed to yield and collided with Heikkila. His young 5 year old daughter received $1 million for pain, suffering, and mental anguish. The verdict also determined that his parents each receive $500,000 and $798,000 for economic expenses of the wrongful death.
