DESCRIPTION: Two women from Portland were taken to the hospital for minor injuries after the driver lost control of the vehicle after hitting a patch of standing water on I-5. The car lost control over the Toutle River Bridge, spun out, hit the bridge and then collided with a loaded log truck. The driver of the truck was not injured.
