Woman sent to hospital after collision on Hwy 500

DESCRIPTION: A 51-year-old woman was sent to Southwest Washington Medical Center on Monday afternoon after her pick-up truck was rear-ended while driving on Highway 500 near Stapleton Road in Vancouver. The driver who hit her, an 18-year-old woman, was ticketed for negligent driving and admitted that she was not paying attention.
