Woman rear-ended by distracted driver

On 11/09/2010 a woman was riding in the passenger seat of a car that had stopped to let a pedestrian cross at the crosswalk when they were struck from behind. The driver that hit them was distracted and had been talking on their cell phone. She suffered neck and back injuries as a result of the collision. Her insurance company is trying to diminish her claim by saying her injuries are not as severe as she says.
