Woman Killed on Highway 99

39-year old woman was stuck and killed by a passing car while crossing SR99 in Edmonds around 1:00am Sunday morning. The driver contacted 911 and remained on the scene while traffic was diverted until after 5:00am.

i was wondering if the family memeber of the woman that was hit by the car on hwy99 could sue them?
