A woman was sitting on the passenger window sill of a pick-up truck while it was driving through the Capitol State Forest around 4:30am Thursday morning when it lost control, hit a tree stump, and rolled over. The 31-year-old woman was pinned under the car and was taken to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. The driver, a 32-year-old, and a 15-year-old passenger were unharmed. The crash is still under investigation but alcohol is suspected as the cause.
