Woman injured after rear-end collision

On November 3, 2008 a woman was injured when another driver rear-ended her in Issaquah and forced her car into the one in front of her. The collision caused her extensive pain and injury to her neck and lower back.

According to the National Safety Council, over 2.5 million rear end collisions are reported every year, making them the most common type of automobile accident. Rear end accidents are also known as “whiplash accidents” because the nature of the collision often results in a whiplash injury for the driver in the front car.

This woman hired Seattle Personal Injury Lawyer Chris Davis of the Davis Law Group to help her recover the damages she suffered, physically and financially, as a result of this unfortunate accident.
