Witnesses Sought In Kirkland Bicycle Accident Death

was recently engaged by the surviving family members of John Przychodzen. Przychodzenis the bicyclist that was tragically killed on Juanita Drive in Kirkland, WA on July 22, 2011.
At the time of the accident he was riding on the shoulder of the 8600 block of Juanita Drive NE when a white pickup truck veered out of the lane and struck him from the rear. John was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck was 18 year-old Nicholas N. Natale. The truck that Mr. Natale was driving is owned by B G Property Maintenance.
Our law firm is looking for witnesses to the accident. We know that there may have been heavy traffic at the time of the incident, and therefore a strong likelihood that someone saw something that may help in the investigation of what occurred.
