Where Do You Read Insurance Company Reviews?

There are so many car insurance companies out there, how did you decide on yours?

After drowning in insurance advertisements every single day, I begin to wonder if their flashy ads, funny commercials or catchy tag lines are influencing people to go through their company for car insurance at all. As a personal injury law firm, we have quickly learned that there are no ‘good neighbors’ and there are no ‘good hands’ in insurance companies. Insurance companies are in the business to make a profit. The multi-billion dollar industry thrives on denying claims to their ‘customers’ or settling claims for much less than they are worth.

There are many places to read about insurance companies. Do reviews matter to you? If so, what sites do you find valuable?
