When Will You Stop Drinking and Driving?

This very realistic video puts drinking and driving into perspective.

And who ends up getting hurt? The passenger.

This is a reminder to never get in the car with someone who has been drinking. In a lot of cases, the driver ends up surviving and the passengers and the victims do not survive. Ironic, isn't it?

Getting a ride from someone that is drunk is not worth your life. Use good judgment in all situations.

A sidenote for teenagers: If you have been at a social gathering (that your parents may not know about) and your only option for getting home by curfew is driving with someone drunk - do not do it. Call your parents. Being grounded for a weekend is worth your life.

A sidenote for parents: Be grateful if your children call you when they are in a situation like this. They could have gotten in the car and never made it home at all. Be understandable and they will confide in you.
