Washington State and Ignition Interlock Device Systems

There are now 14 states, most recently Connecticut, that have implemented a mandatory ignition interlock device law for all DUI offenders, including first-time offenders. The mandate has been strongly pushed by Mothers Against Drunk Driving. In Washington state, it is mandated that all DUI offenders have the ignition interlock device system installed - even first time offenders.

Do you think all states should implement the mandatory ignition interlock device law?
