University Place Assistant Principal Dies In Fatal Motorcycle Accident

Thirty-seven year old Bryan Beale, the assistant principal at Drum Intermediate School was tragically killed when a sport-utility vehicle illegally ran a red light in Tacoma and hit is motorcycle.

Officials are still investigating the accident and at this time whether or not criminal charges will be filed is unknown.

Our deepest condolences go out to the family, friends, students and associates of Bryan Beale in this difficult and emotional time.

Motorcycle Accident Statute of Limitations

In cases of wrongful death the family and friends of the victim need to be aware that the "Statute of Limitations" (SOL) is a law that sets a strict time limit on when a legal claim or action may be commenced. After the SOL has expired the legal action (lawsuit) is forever barred.
