Two men were seriously injured in a collision on Thursday night. Rebecca Hove, the Snohomish County sheriff's spokesperson said the crash occurred in the 8200 block of Lowell-Snohomish River Road shortly after 6:30 p.m.
What happened was an eastbound Ford pickup truck crossed the center line, and crashed, head on, into a Ford Escort, said Hove. The driver of the Escort, an Everett man in his 40s, was taken to
Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The pickup driver, a Snohomish man in his 20s, was taken to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland with serious injuries.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, but the investigation is ongoing. With
National Safety Month beginning next month, one of our focuses at
Davis Law Group is continuing the fight against drunk driving and driving under the influence of other narcotics. While it has not been determined as to whether alcohol was a factor in this crash, it has already been involved in many accidents this week in Western Washington.
