Two people were seriously injured in a single car crash in Lacey Sunday morning around 2 a.m.
The driver and his passenger were both taken to St. Peter Hospital and the driver was later taken to Harborview Medical Center.
According to Lacey Lieutenant Phil Comstock, the man was driving a 2007 Ford Mustang southbound in the 1400 block of Ruddell Road when he lost control of the car and hit a concrete retaining wall. The woman passenger was helped out of the car by passers-by but was then transported to the hospital.
The 2007 Mustang was totaled in this crash.
Alcohol is thought to be a factor in this crash.
