Outcome: Two dead
Two people were killed in a vehicle collision in Kitsap County. Both drivers died at the scene of the crash. The accident took place between Poulsbo and Bremerton. According to police the car driven by Troy Mark Thoman crossed the centerline and collided with the pickup truck driven by Charles Steve Cockerham.
The estate of Charles Steve Cockerham may have wrongful death claim in this case.
