A Tri-City woman was seriously injured after she was thrown from her motorcycle in a crash with a car. Melanie Waller, 50, was driving her motorcyce in Kennewick, WA when she ran into the back of a car in front of her. Heavy traffic in the area likely caused the cars in front of her to slow and stop, but Waller failed failed to yield. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with possibly back injuries.
