Three serious car accident injuries were sustained in an Auburn car crash Tuesday evening. 

According to Valley Regional Fire Authority, the three people involved in the accident were taken to Harborview Medical Center for their injuries.  Two men were taken by ambulance and one woman was airlifted. 

The accident took place in South Auburn when the three injured people were driving in a four-door Sedan in the 5200 block of Kersey Way.  The vehicle left the roadway and went 20 feet down an embankment.

The vehicle was discovered by a passerby around 6 p.m. later that evening.
