Three rollover car accident injuries were reported in a car crash just outside of Renton early Tuesday morning. 
 
Three people were injured in the accident. 

The driver, a Coeur D'Alene resident was taken to Valley Medical Center in Renton.  The two passengers in the car, one from Coeur D'Alene and the other from Santa Cruz, California were rushed to Harborview Medical Center where they were listed as in critical condition.

The accident took place when a van was travelling west on State Route 900 around 12:25 a.m. when the driver lost control of the car, slid off the road, over a ditch, and rolled onto it's side.  All three people to be ejected from the car. 

Deputies believe that alcohol may have been a factor in the rollover car crash.

To date, there have been 1,542 deaths due to drunk driving in the United States.   In 2008, in Washington State alone, 43 percent of all fatal accidents involved drunken driving.
