DESCRIPTION: Early Tuesday morning around 7:20am while driving on westbound Highway 16 a young man driving a pick-up crashed into two cars causing a blockage of the left lane until 8:30 am. Two other collisions, one involving two cars and another involving four, occured during the back-up but no one was injured. Traffic continued to back up for three miles.
