A teenager was struck and killed by a car in Sunnyside on Monday night.
Just before midnight, while setting off fireworks, 17-year-old Adan M. Gonzalez was hit by a car driven by 45-year-old Jorge J. Estrada.
Gonzalez died at the scene.
The accident is still under investigation by Washington State Patrol and no other information surrounding the cause has been released.
