Teen Hit by Car while Walking in South King County on Highway 161 l Injury Lawyer

A walking child was injured on Highway 161 in South King County, between Federal Way and Edgewood Saturday evening around 11:40, when he was hit by a car.

According to investigators, the boy was in the road on Highway 161 near the intersection that connects with I-5 when he was hit by a 2004 Chrysler 2-door driven by a Milton resident. 

The boy was transported to Harborview Medical Center for injuries.  The driver was unharmed.

The accident is still under investigation, but drugs and alcohol are not considered factors in this accident.
