Teen Driver Causes Car Accident

Nikolay Belitskiy, a Vancouver teenager, was cited for reckless driving after she caused a car accident on southbound Interstate 205.  Apprently she was trying to pass on the shoulder when the accident occurred.   She struck an Acura driven by Valerie K. Huey of Battle Ground.  Huey suffered back and neck pain and was taken to Southwest Washington Medical Center.
