Motor Vehicle AccidentA Federal Way two-car collision late Tuesday afternoon left one person dead.
According to Federal Way Police spokesperson Cathy Schrock, the accident occurred in the
2300 block of SW 336th St. at about 4 p.m.
A car was T-boned while turning left onto the eastbound lanes of the roadway from a parking lot.
The driver of the car that was hit was a 59-year-old man from Tacoma. He died within hours of the collision,
Further investigation suggests the killed driver had failed to yield to the oncoming car.
His name has not been released to the general public.
No one else was seriously injured during the crash.
