On Wednesday afternoon around 4:15pm a 23-year-old male was attempting a dirt bike stunt at Gay Road East and Pioneer Way East in Tacoma when it went wrong. He crash landed on the Sounder train tracks as a train was coming.
His friends were able to pull him off the tracks before the train hit him but his motorcycle was hit and dragged by the train. The man was admitted to Madigan Army Medical Center in critical condition.
It was reported that several Sounder trains were delayed or cancelled because of the incident.
