Silverdale Head-On Collision | Seattle Injury Lawyer

Thursday afternoon a head-on car wreck took place near the intersection of Bucklin Hill Road and Blaine Avenue NW in Silverdale, Washington.

The two women involved were taken to Harborview Medical Center for their injuries. According a Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue Battalion Chief, both drivers suffered serious injuries.  

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

Neither of the cars were traveling with passengers.

The collision took place when a 26-year-old Silverdale woman driving a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse attempted to turn left from Bucklin Hill Road into a shopping center parking lot.

The Mitsubishi was struck head-on by a 1993 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 54-year-old woman from Central Kitsap.

The driver of the Mitsubishi was listed in critical condition at Harborview. A Harborview spokeswoman said the hospital did not have information available on the 54-year-old woman’s condition.

The speed of the two vehicles during the time of the crash is still under investigation as well.
