School Bus Crash In Washington State l Bus Accident Lawyer

A Battle Ground man crashed a car into the back of a school bus on state Highway 503 in Brush Prairie.

Jace Delgado suffered back pain and was taken by ambulance to Southwest Washington Medical Center.  Apprently the bus driver was the only person on the bus at the time of the accident.  

The bus was headed north near Northeast 149th Street when she stopped at the railroad crossing. Delgado was headed north behind an SUV as they approached the bus. The driver of the SUV changed to the left lane and Delgado saw the stopped bus. He tried to swerve left but hit the bus and stopped partially underneath it. 

Delgado was cited for driving too fast for the conditions.
