A 19-year old woman from Olympia was ejected from her vehicle during a collision Sunday night in Thurston County. Alicia G. Schneider was driving her vehicle on the on-ramp from Evergreen Parkway to southbound State Route 101 when the crash took place.
Schneider had failed to properly negotiate a left hand curve in the roadway. Her vehicle rolled-over and she was ejected from her seat. There were four passengers in her vehicle and they sustained minor injuries during the accident. Schneider was not wearing a seatbelt during the time of impact.
Schneider and two of her passengers were transported to Providence St. Peter Hospital, where she is listed in critical condition.
