While driving on Highway 3 on Monday, Kassandra A. Jadin had slowed to make a turn when she hit from behind. Jadin was taken to the hospital for a back injury but was later released.

The other driver had a suspended license and Washington State Patrol believes he was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
