Renton Car Accident Cases One Death
RENTON - One person has died and another person is injured after a one car collision in Renton.
The accident occurred near the 1800 block of Carr Road when a car left the roadway and crashed into a tree. A 34-year-old male driver was pronounced dead at the scene and a 20-year-old female passenger was transported to Harborview Medical Center. The extent of her injuries is unknown.
Apparentlyy the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed and passing vehicles as it drove westbound in Carr Road. When the victim’s car cut back in front of another vehicle, lost control, hit a sidewalk and continued off the road, hitting a large tree.
