Police Officer Suspected to be Drunk in ATV Accident

A police officer driving an ATV ran into a couple on a Miami beach, causing the woman to be hospitalized. 
The woman Nicci Nicanor is a Seattle resident.

Witnesses said that the officer was in uniform and was drinking prior to the ATV accident.

Officer Derick Kuilan is now suspended while Miami police investigate the accident. He apparently pleaded with witnesses to not report him after the accident happened.
