A man was killed in a pedestrian accident around 2:25 a.m. Sunday while crossing the street.
The man was taken to Harborview Medical Center where he passed away from his injuries.
According to a Seattle Police report, the man was crossing Bell Street at Western Avenue when he was hit by a 2006 Honda.
After he hit the pedestrian, the driver of the Honda turned left going the wrong direction on a one-way street.
The driver was stopped by police, arrested and booked in the King County Jail for investigation of vehicular homicide.
