While walking on along Highway 2 in Davenport on Monday evening around 7 p.m., Howard H. Kuenzi, 64, was strucked and killed by a car.
The driver, Sharon A. Rutter, 66, was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
According to Washington State Patrol no charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing. It is unclear whether alcohol or drugs were involved in collision.
