Parked Delivery Truck Rolls Down Elliot Avenue Causing An Accident l Seattle ATtorney

Outcome: One Injured

Around 11am an unattended delivery truck was parked on Western Avenue across the street for the P-I.  It started to roll down the hill towards Elliott Avenue West.  The delivery driver saw what was happening and ran and jumped into the truck to try to stop it from rolling.  But before he could stop the truck he was hit by a Mayflower moving truck and suffered serious injuries to his legs.  The Mayflower truck then veered off the road and struck another vehicle.
