Daycare Death Case Ends in Multi-Million Dollar Jury Award

daycare death lawsuit attorneyA jury has awarded $9.89 million in damages to the parents of a child that died in a daycare facility.  The parents had enrolled their child in a daycare run by two individuals who claimed that their facility was state-approved.  The child was left unattended, fell into an unsecured pool and drowned.
