A 22-year-old Bellingham man died and two other men were hurt early Sunday after the truck in which they were riding flipped near the 164th Street exit in Lynnwood.
Andrew R. Stahley died. Joshua Kevin Parker, 20, of Bellingham, was taken to a hospital, treated and released. Johnny Lee Miller, 27, of Blaine, was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The Chevrolet Avalanche the men were in was southbound on Interstate 5 about 6:15 a.m. when it left the roadway, struck the guardrail and overturned, according to the State Patrol report. Two of the men, including Stahley, weren't wearing seat belts.
