OAK HARBOR - A man has died as a result of a motorcycle accident that occurred near Oak Harbor. Apparently the motorcycle he was driving struck a house. Ryan R. Pringle riding on Pinewood Way when he failed to stop at a stop sign, left the roadway and hit a house.
The State Patrol says that Pringle was driving his 1992 Kawasaki KDX too fast for conditions. Nor was he was wearing a helmet and alcohol may have been a factor. Pringle was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he later died.
