No one was hurt in a logging truck accident on Highway 2 near Index on Wednesday.

Just before 9 a.m. a log truck rolled on the westbound side oh Highway 2. It was turning onto the highway from a Forest Service road when they rolled. The logs spilled over the guardrail and down an embankment.

The westbound lane of the highway was reopened around 12:30 p.m. and traffic was slowed for several hours while the logs were cleared. The crash remains under investigation by Washington State Patrol.

No other cars were involved and The crash is being investigated by Washington State Patrol.
