No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 near Bellingham on Wednesday night. While driving north on I-5 a little before 7 p.m., 58-year-old Debbie Wood was changing lanes and struck the front of a semi-truck in the next lane. Wood lost control of her car and crashed into a cable barrier.
The driver of the semi, 53-year-old Tara Sekhom lost control and drove into a median, causing his truck to roll.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and neither one was injured. Neither alcohol nor drugs were suspected to be factors in the crash but it is still under investigation by Washington State Patrol
