During the holiday weekend, the NHTSA has been out there looking for drunk drivers. Every year, they have a campaign that starts two weeks before the three day weekend, looking for drivers under the influence.
NHTSA released this video, to remind drivers that law enforcement is going to be watching you – even if you don’t see them.
“Drive sober or get pulled over” is combating against DUI. In 2009, 139 people were killed in drunk driving collisions during the three day weekend. Do not be a statistic! Keep Washington State roadways safe.
