A Seattle pedestrian was hit by one of two vehicles involved in a collision early Tuesday. The accident happened around 6 a.m. at the intersection of Spring Street and Fifth Avenue. Apparently the two vehicles were in an accident but how the pedestrian was hit is unclear.
