Four Car Accident Injuries occurred around 11 p.m. Tuesday night on Highway 99 in South Downtown Seattle, sout of Safeco Field.

According to Seattle Fire Department Spokeswoman Helen Fitzpatrick, all four people injured in the car crash were taken to Harborview Medical Center.

The accident took place at 10:40 p.m. when a man driving a 2007 Honda Civic hit a 2000 Mitsubishi both heading south on Highway 99.

The Honda landed upside down next to the railroad tracks.  The Mitsubishi flipped multiple times and then also landed upside down. 

Both cars were totaled. 

The lanes going southbound on Highway 99 in the 2300 block south of Safeco Field and part of the Alaskan Way Viaduct were closed for a few hours while the accident was being investigated.
