Motorcycle Crashes Into Pedestrian in Tukwila
TUKWILA, WA -- On Thursday night three people were seriously injured when a motorcycle crashed into a pedestrian. The accident happened on Interurban Avenue South near the Interstate 5 overpass around 10:00 p.m.The motorcycle driver was transporting a passenger as well. All three individuals (the driver, passenger and pedestrian) were transported to Harborview Medical Center. Both the driver and pedestrian were listed in critical condition. The woman passenger was reported to have sustained serious injuries.
The police closed Interurban Ave. So. for quite some time. No details of how the accident happened were released. No more information about the condition of the three people involved were released. It was unclear whether alcohol was involved. The police is still investigating the incident. More details to be released later.
