Motorcycle Crash In University District Sends Two To Hospital

At 2 a.m. this morning two people were taken to Harborview Medical Center after a serious motorcycle crash near Seattle’s University District on Northlake Way at 8th Avenue Northeast.

An eyewitness told reporters that a man and woman were speeding down the street on a motorcycle when it hit a divider and curb under the University Bridge.

He stated, “The next thing I knew, they come flying by me, hit the curb right over here and come flying over here. They were airborne and everything, so he broke his foot, lost his foot and she was face down.”
