The man from Bremerton, 37, acknowledged that he would be found guilty of vehicular homicide of the infant.
The prosecutor said that he was texting, which caused the fatal accident. It did not even appear that he attempted to brake before hitting the other vehicle.
Davis Law Group is deeply saddened to hear that such a young life was taken by a man who was behaving so negligently. We send our condolences to the family.
