A man talking on his cell phone while driving has been blamed for a head-on collision on I-5. Apparently the man was attempting to put his phone in speaker mode when he lost control of his car,. The vehicle jumped the median and collided with a southbound car. Thre people where injured in the collision and taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
