While driving in Kent around 3:30pm on Wednesday, a man from Renton was involved in a collision when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a Kent school bus at the intersection of Southeast 244th Street and Benson Road.

The man was unconscious when paramedics arrived but they were able to revive him and he was transported to Harborview Medical Center. The driver, who was alone in the bus, was uninjured. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. This accident, and another involving a young boy who was hit by a car, happened within 30 minutes of each other and less than a mile apart.
