Man in Jail for Vehicular Homicide After Killing a 43-Year-Old Man

Two cars were involved in an accident on the southbound lanes of I-405 on Sunday, July 24, 2011.
A 56-year-old man driving a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe was exiting the freeway and another driver was approaching the freeway when the Hyundai lost control and rolled into the westbound lane of 85th street.

The second driver, a 43-year-old driving a 2004 BMW M3, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The driver of the Hyundai Santa Fe was treated at the hospital and then booked into King County Jail for vehicular homicide.

Drugs or alcohol appear to have been involved in the fatal accident. The accident is under investigation by officials.

Davis Law Group sends sincere condolences to the family of the man killed in this tragic accident.
