Man accidentally falls from moving vehicle later dies at hospital

Victor Vega-Espinoza was riding home from an event with several other family members when he bcame ill and opened the car door throw up and accidently fell out of the car.  Family members say that although the car was not speeding, he was not wearing a seat belt, lost his balance and fell out of the car.  He later died at a local hospital.
