Lost Gravel Load Injures Bellingham Woman l Bellingham Lawyer

A dump truck loaded with pea gravel lost part of its load on I-5 in Seattle under the Washington State Convention and Trade Center.
Washington State Patrol says the gravel shattered the right front passenger window of a pickup driven by a Bellingham couple. The 36-year-old woman in the passenger seat had glass lodged in her eye and was taken to the hospital.
Two northbound lanes were closed for 20 minutes.
The truck is owned by Signal Electric, Inc.
It is not clear if the driver will face charges.
