Lindsay Lohan Sued for Hitting Pedestrian in 2010

More bad publicity for Lindsay Lohan - she is being sued by a paparazzo claiming he was seriously injured when a car she was riding in made a fast getaway at a L.A. nightclub and hit him. He was taking picture of Lohan while he was hit on January 10, 2010.

Her assistant was driving the car in which she directed therefore the lawsuit is against her. The celeb photog’s lawyer says he was treated orthopedic and neurologic injuries.

They attempted to settle the claim with insurance company, but the adjuster offered an insignificant amount considering his injuries.
